Deputy Foreign Minister of Russian Hryhoriy Karasin claimed this in Moscow on August 25, Kommersant reported with reference to Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin.

“Pushing the matter to raising the issue of visa regime between Russia and Ukraine, which will happen if Ukraine enters NATO, is by far not our choice,” Grigory Karasin emphasized in the interview with Ogonek magazine.
