"If the political forces are not capable of achieving agreements, of putting national and state interests higher than their own ambitions and corporate interests, I will employ my right of president [to dissolve the parliament] and give the people opportunity to have their final say," Yuschenko said, according to a posting on the Web site of the Ukrainian president.
"Dear MPs, there is chance for understanding. I rely on your [sense of] responsibility for the future of Ukraine," he said.
